• Supervision & Auditing
  Systems development is becoming increasingly complex. Often multiple parties with various designers are involved in several projects. ArchitecIT as supervisor can play an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency of the whole. The supervisor is also an important player (sparring partner) for designers and clients.

• Advice
  Besides advice, we offer several consulting (fixed price) projects with a standard lead time of one to two weeks:

• Technology-scan
  GOAL: founded understanding of the direction and technology solution that best fit the intended business objectives. Each scan is completed with a concrete advice, consisting of a suitable technology stack and a detailed target architecture;
• Architecture-scan
  GOAL: quickly understand the status of an architecture. Each scan is completed with practical advice on improvements and structural setting of supervision (governance);
• Agile MDD-scan
  GOAL: in three steps achieve understanding of the profit that Agile Model-Driven Development (MDD) can provide. Each scan is completed with a concrete advice on the development tasks that can be automated and its specific contribution to the profit (business case).

• Training/Coaching
  A change or a new way of working is only supported and secured within the organization, as the stakeholders properly learn to work with it themselves. ArchitectIT therefore provides training and coaching in line with the consulting offering in the areas of:
